This 8×12 guard house is built with robust aluminum construction, both inside and out. It includes a convenient top-suspended sliding door with a hook lock for security. Stay comfortable year-round with the included 8000 BTU heat/air conditioner combo unit and a supplemental wall heater with fan. The rigid insulated walls and roof, along with an aluminum tread plate floor, ensure durability and climate control. Features include tempered sliding windows, interior lighting, and a GFCI duplex receptacle, powered by a 100-amp main electric panel.
