1. Services & Products Covered

These Terms apply to:

• Mobile home transport (single-wide, double-wide, tiny homes)
• Mobile home setup (blocking, anchoring, leveling)
• Mobile home skirting, repair, and site preparation
• Shipping container sales and delivery
• Any other service or product offered through jmobilehomemovers.com

2. Quotes, Contracts & Payment

• Quotes: Any estimate or quote provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final price may vary based on distance, permits, site conditions, or additional services requested.
• Contracts: A binding contract is formed only when both parties sign a written agreement and the required down payment is received.
• Payment Terms: Down payment (typically $1,000) is due upon signing. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed schedule (e.g., upon delivery completion or monthly financing). Late payments may incur a $50 late fee and interest at 1.5% per month.
• Financing: If we provide in-house financing, the specific interest rate, term, and monthly payment will be detailed in your signed loan agreement.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible, clear of obstacles, and legally permissible for a mobile home or container.
• You must obtain any required local permits or zoning approvals before our arrival (unless we agree to obtain transport permits only).
• You must provide accurate contact information and be present at the agreed delivery time, or a rescheduling fee will apply.
• For container purchases, you must prepare a level, stable base (e.g., gravel pad, concrete blocks) before delivery unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

• By Customer: Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled delivery: down payment is refundable minus a $250 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days: down payment is non‑refundable.
• Rescheduling: One free reschedule allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules or last‑minute changes incur a $150 fee.
• By Jensen Mobile Home Movers: If we cancel due to weather, unsafe conditions, or permit denial, we will reschedule at no extra cost or refund your down payment in full.
• Refunds for Defective Products (Containers): If a shipping container arrives with structural damage not disclosed prior, you must report it within 24 hours. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jensen Mobile Home Movers’ total liability for any claim arising from our services or products is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service or product.
• We are not liable for: Consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, damage to property not caused by our negligence), delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third‑party permit offices, or pre‑existing conditions of the mobile home or container.
• Insurance: Our transport insurance covers damage caused directly by our equipment while the home is under our control. You are responsible for insuring the home’s contents and for any damage resulting from improper site preparation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jensen Mobile Home Movers, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your failure to comply with local laws.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding mediation in Warren, Ohio, before either party may file a lawsuit in the state or federal courts of Trumbull County, Ohio.
• Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court instead of mediation.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Jensen Mobile Home Movers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
• You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit malware, spam, or harassing content.

9. Privacy
