📦 1. Service Delivery – Mobile Home Transport

Our core service is the physical relocation of manufactured homes. Unlike standard parcel shipping, this involves specialized equipment, route planning, and permits.

• Estimated timeframes: After signing the contract and receiving the down payment, we will provide a delivery window (usually 7–14 days, depending on distance and weather).
• Permits & route planning: We obtain all required oversize/overweight transport permits and plan the safest route.
• Delivery coordination: We will contact you 48 hours before the scheduled move to confirm arrival time.
• Setup included: Basic leveling, blocking, and anchoring are included in your quoted price (unless otherwise noted).

🚛 2. Shipping Container Deliveries (if applicable)

When you purchase a shipping container through Jensen Mobile Home Movers, the following shipping rules apply:

• Flat‑rate freight delivery: Because containers are oversized and heavy, we use a flat‑rate model based on your distance from our distribution point. The exact fee will be quoted at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days after order confirmation (depending on your location and road conditions).
• Accessibility requirements: You must ensure the delivery site has enough space (minimum 80 feet of straight clearance) and solid ground. A phone number for the driver is required.
• Curbside vs. placement: Standard shipping is curbside delivery. Additional fees apply for placement on a specific pad or off-road delivery.

💰 3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offers

We believe in upfront pricing. Our shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• Mobile home moving: Included in your itemized quote. No hidden fuel surcharges.
• Shipping containers: Free shipping is available for orders over $5,000 within 100 miles of Warren, OH. For all other zones, a flat freight rate will be displayed at checkout.
• Promotional free shipping: If a “free shipping” promotion is active, it applies only to standard container deliveries (not to mobile home moving services).

⏱️ 4. Delivery Timeframes & Tracking

• Mobile home moves: You will receive a text or email with a 2‑hour arrival window one day before the scheduled move.
• Container deliveries: A tracking number and direct line to the freight carrier will be sent once the container is dispatched.
• Delays can occur due to weather, road construction, or permit processing. We will notify you as soon as possible if any delay arises.

📞 5. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

• Address changes: Any change to the delivery address must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Additional mileage fees may apply.
• Failed delivery (customer not present): If our driver arrives at the agreed time and you are unavailable, a rescheduling fee of $150 will be charged before a second attempt.

🌎 6. International / Outside Service Area

We currently provide shipping and moving services only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses. For container sales, we can deliver to most lower‑48 states; contact us for a custom quote if you live in a remote area.
